This Privacy Policy applies to Invio LLC ("Invio," "we," "our," or "us") and covers how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our service at inviopay.com and app.inviopay.com.
It also covers information we collect about your clients when you use Invio to send them invoices or payment requests. By using Invio, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We collect only the information necessary to provide the service.

We do not collect your Social Security Number, tax ID, or detailed financial account information. Stripe handles all payment card data directly and we never see or store full card numbers.
If you connect your Google Calendar, we request read-only access to your calendar events. Specifically, we use this access to:
We do not read personal calendar events outside of those you designate as jobs. We do not modify, delete, share, or analyze your calendar data for any other purpose. We do not retain calendar event content beyond what is needed to create a job record (client name, date, time). You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your account settings and we will immediately cease reading your calendar.
Our use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you use Invio, we automatically collect limited technical information:
This information is used only to operate, maintain, and improve the service. It is not linked to your personal identity for advertising purposes and is not sold to third parties.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell your data to data brokers or marketing companies.
SMS communications are optional. You give your consent to receive SMS messages from Invio specifically by checking the SMS opt-in checkbox during signup. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to SMS messaging, and you may use all of Invio's core features without opting in to SMS.
Message frequency varies based on your job activity. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Invio message, or by turning off “Receive text notifications” in your account Settings.
When you use Invio to send payment links to your clients, you are sending SMS messages on your behalf through our infrastructure. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your clients to contact them via SMS. We send messages to your clients' phone numbers only at your direction and only for the purpose of delivering invoices and payment reminders that you have authorized.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your clients' information to any third party.
Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are used solely to deliver the Invio service. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Your data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Access to your account data is restricted to authenticated sessions only.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you promptly.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account:

Invio is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.
